2013 + Our Family = Amazing!

So already this year has started off amazing for our little family. We got to take baby girl on her first trip to Houston. We went to visit our amazing family for a surprise get together for our Aunt Denise's birthday. Her birthday is actually but we wanted to celebrate with her on a weekend.
Then we came home after a wonderful church sermon from my Uncle Walter at Abiding Life Baptist Church.
Now I am lucky to share that we are going to be doing the Be the Match walk in March. Then in April I will be doing the March of Dimes walk. Then some family members and I are getting a team together and doing the Color Me Rad 5k in May (I say "I am doing" because its not guaranteed that my wonderful husband will be joining me for the last two walks/runs).
I, myself, love doing this. To me its helping out, even though it might not be much, its what I can do.

What I really look forward to this year is many more family events, being able to keep in contact much more often then we do now, and being able just to keep on another in the loop. Family is everything to me and I so blessed to have a husband who feels the same way.

Our year is just going to get even more eventful with baby girl growing like she is (2 months old next Thursday), and her first birthday in December.

This blog is not to impress anyone, in fact it's to help a stay at home mommy not go to insane. Lol. It's to let our family be able to have a peek at what's happening in our lives day to day (until I start forgetting days again LOL). It's to share things that we enjoy in our lives with everyone else.
